Rodrigo Junqueira
Rodrigo holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo. He began his career with the investment team at Strategi Capital and later served as Head of Structuring at BR3 Capital. Rodrigo has extensive expertise in pricing and structuring Special Situations transactions. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and also holds the CGA and CGE certifications issued by Anbima.
João Gabriel Rodrigues
João Gabriel holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution with a focus on Comparative and International Law from Queen Mary University of London. He has worked at leading law firms in the areas of civil litigation, arbitration, corporate restructuring, and M&A. João Gabriel was also part of the team specializing in the acquisition of legal assets and third-party litigation funding at Jive Investments.
